I discovered Eileen at the beginning of the year after a colleague recommended her, I took part in one of Eileen’s retreats and have completed some of her online masterclasses during this weird old year. I have gained so much from these masterclasses, each time I’ve left feeling inspired, invigorated and ready for whatever the world is going to throw at me. Eileenˋs approach is so personable and allows you to observe what comes up for you in her sessions in a compassionate, safe and nurturing environment and provides you with the skills to understand and manage what arises. All of Eileen’s events are fantastic, The Online Masterclasses are a true blessing to me. For me, they always apply to all aspects of life. They teach you a new way to approach problems and find solutions in a way that allow you to enjoy the journey you take instead of dreading it.

I always enjoy Eileen’s manner and style of delivery, its never too ‘fluffy’. Just straight talking, but completely supportive and encouraging.

As a result of Eileen’s Coaching Programme, I’m now more willing to take action. I’m more confident in myself, my skills, in what I do. The biggest learnings for me were how to move away from overwhelm, stress, overthinking and applying the tools that I’ve learned. That helped me immensely in my business, but in my relationships with my daughter, my partner and = clients. Now I also want to offer these tools to my clients. I now have tools that I’ve applied for myself & can pass them on to my clients and help them in a bigger way.

I would definitely recommend the Membership programme if you want to grow, learn more about yourself and make a bigger impact on your business, or maybe in your life with your children and partner.

I love Eileen’s style of teaching. She’s very authentic, down to earth, approachable…she uses lots of humour in teaching – I love that.

Eileen’s coaching has made me more open to different things. I have also realised that I am the result of what I put into my business. I have learned that when I’m in a negative mindset, negative things happen in my business. When I’m more open and abundant, things come my way. When I see dips in the business, I take a step back and look at what’s going on in my head or life rather than blaming circumstances or other things. My husband has said that he sees the difference in me and how much more positive I am now.

Eileen is truly incredible, she’s made me really look at my behaviours and self sabotaging ways in a positive way. When I first started coaching I believed that my ego was my enemy and I needed to fight it… how enlightening it is to realise you can make your ego your friend and help it help you! WOW!!!!

Through implementing what Eileen taught me from just the first session, I saved a financial deal that paid back my investment ten times over. She knows everything there is to do with mindset and lives up to her ninja name.

I had a dependency on unhealthy habits alongside a very successful corporate career. I couldn’t work out why these habits were so entrenched. I had a lot of knowledge in the theory of healthy, natural and holistic living, but couldn’t seem to stop smoking, drinking and eating. I felt like a failure. A friend shared Eileen’s Facebook Page and the idea of ‘self sabotage’ hit a note. Eileen is none judgemental and teaches you to be the same. I also like the recommended reading, Eileen’s knowledge of which books will suit where you are in life was highly beneficial. Eileen’s wisdom was thought provoking and life changing. For the last few years, I have struggled with increasing my self-worth after events of trauma in my life. The free ‘get out of your own way’ consultation call I had with Eileen was really useful. I was struggling with the never-ending list of tasks I had to do to set up my business and I felt completely overwhelmed. Eileen has a very down to earth coaching style which makes the process of changing the behaviours that impact you much easier to deal with.
